Child counseling and therapy is an evidence-based approach that helps infants, children, teens, young adults, and their families work through complex emotional and behavioral challenges. According to international play therapy organizations, up to 71% of children who receive play therapy experience positive changes.
At the heart of counseling is the therapeutic relationship. Our therapists connect with each child at their developmental level—through conversation or play—to build trust and understanding. The goal is to help children and teens better understand themselves, their relationships, and their behaviors, while finding balance with their environment. Our therapists continuously adjust goals and strategies as your child grows and develops.
Who Can Book:
Children and teens under 18 are welcome to book. We recommend that a parent accompany your child for the first visit. We'll start by discussing your child's situation with you, then plan the next steps together.
